We were invited to the Mt. Nebo District Recognition Banquet for Scouting because "one" of us was going to receive an award. They had great dinner, great entertainment, and a really long awards ceremony.

The Varsity Coach of the Year is a great example of being reliable. He encourages each boy to be the best that he can be. He is a good friend to each boy of the team. He loves being in the outdoors especially with his boys. They do a wide variety of physical activities during every season of the year. Through the activities and his leadership the boys are fulfilling the aims of the Scouting program. His team is one of the most dynamic in the Mt. Nebo District. This year's recipient is Moroni Pickering from the Santaquin 4th ward.
